Shipping policy

Delivery: We will deliver on the date you specify, using a suitable courier service dependent on your location, provided payment is made and has cleared on or before the start date of your rental. To ensure next-day delivery, complete your hire and payment before 13h00 on a business day.

Availability: It's your responsibility to be available at the delivery address at the agreed time. If you're not available, the Hire Period will still run, and we may charge extra delivery fees.

Clothing Condition: We ensure clothing is delivered ready to wear.

If we or the courier fail to deliver on time, deliver the wrong item, or the item is unfit for use due to our negligence or fault, we'll:

Extend the hire period (subject to other orders),

Refund the hire fee for the elapsed period, or

Cancel the hire and refund the fee, at your election.
